Hippie, fun, and loud.

I had a lot of fun here. It's a busy, popular place for cool kids that like louder music. They have a very nice casual bar and dim lit hippie living room vibes, with little lamps everywhere in the bar area.

You can find it directly back from the entrance to the Freehand Hotel. Everything has the energy of being very thrown together - which makes you relaxed in a weird way. They've got ouija boards, candles, and mirrors everywhere - it's quite fun. :) Nothing bougie at all - just the right amount of hippie.

The tables are packed even on a Thursday evening, so make reservations or prepare to stand a bit if you don't - but you'll have fun either way!

I had a little experience that made my night - I asked for a glass of water while I was eating my tasty plate of truffle fries, and the busy bartender poured two glasses. He handed me mine, said cheers, we clinked our glasses together and he chugged the water before getting back to speeding through orders. It made me smile pretty wide.

On top of that, all the wait staff are younger, and they seem close. They’re often ragging on each other, and helping each other out with their orders - it's genuinely a really fun atmosphere, and if that's something you like, I can't recommend this place enough.
