You walk into what looks like a simple flower shop - but upstairs is an incredible hidden speakeasy with GORGEOUS décor. I don't use those caps without warrant - it's such an excellent place. There's a bit of bar space, and a good number of tables you need to reserve - but I managed to sneak in on a Sunday night and get a seat.

The cocktails are reasonably priced, and taste fabulous. I got a cinnamon hot cider with rum, if I remember correctly, and it was delicious. The bartenders knew what they were doing, and they were super nice people.

I would go back again in a heartbeat, and I plan to. It's a perfect date spot if you want to impress someone. "Are we going to a flower shop?" They'll think - but you'll smirk and order two spots at the bar. Think how cool you'll look, you sly sucker. Here's where I would put a smirking emoji if I could, but my blogging tool doesn't seem to let me.

Jokes aside, I highly recommend The Darling. It's a true speakeasy, and the vibe / clientele reflect that. It's a classy spot for classy people. Check it out. :)
